Why I want to run my own business
I have decided to start my own business since I came to the UK. I want to use my skills and experience to be my job.
Previous work experience
I was a Home Economics teacher for more than 15 years in Hong Kong. I taught students to cook. And I am the author of dessert books: Berry berry I love it (2007) and I love Cheese Cake (2008).
Qualifications and education
I am a qualified Home Economics teacher.
Training
l successfully completed Food Hygiene and Safety Level 3 , Level 2 Food Safety and hygiene for Catering, Food Allergy and Intolerance training.
Hobbies and interests
I enjoy cooking with kids. I think they will learn many things, not only cooking during the cooking class. I like cake decoration. I think it is really amazing and creative work for me.
